Responsibilities:

Manage daily medications and ensure they are given to residents in a timely and accurate manner Record medication dosages and times given, maintaining accurate and detailed records Observe patients and document any changes, utilizing the Medication Administration Record (MAR) to verify vital information Appropriately document vital signs, or other pertinent data related to medication administering Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent patient care, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and well-being for our residents About the

As a Certified Medication Aide at Gracy Woods Nursing Center, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Our facility offers a unique care environment, with an on-site chaplain and a full-time life enrichment director, providing a comprehensive approach to resident care. In addition to providing traditional care, we also offer a special care unit designed to enhance the quality of life for those with memory impairments and other forms of dementia.
