Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of senior care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
  • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up living spaces
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed
  • Provide support for individuals with memory care needs, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
  • Lift and transfer clients safely using proper techniques and assistive devices
Experience:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of medication administration protocols is beneficial
  • Experience in memory care is advantageous
Skills:
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Patience and understanding when working with individuals who may have cognitive impairments or challenging behaviors
