Full Job Description Hourly Pay:

You'll provide one-on-one support in home-based or community-based settings, depending on each client's individual needs, while working alongside experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Training provided, must be completed prior to providing service. Technological proficiency including mobile devices for documentation Strong communication skills Current CPR and First Aid certification Current PPD or Chest X Ray Ability to effectively elicit/ provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years of age
Either:
Completed college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development; or At least one year of experience working with children as a Child Development professional, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician Start Building a Career That Matters Whether you bring direct ABA experience or experience supporting children in another setting, this role can help you build valuable behavioral-health skills.
