Full-Time About the Role At Acacia, we specialize in treating some of the most challenging cases of clinical depression using FDA-cleared Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine), proven treatments that are changing lives. Our Treatment Technicians are the front line of that care: you're the person patients see every day, and your presence matters. You'll work under the clinical supervision of our board-certified treatment physicians and become a certified Clinical Treatment Technician through our comprehensive in-house training program. What You'll Do Administer TMS treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate setup and patient comfort throughout each session Monitor treatment sessions and troubleshoot equipment issues (coil contact, stimulator settings, patient positioning) Support Spravato treatment sessions, including patient monitoring and accurate clinical documentation Maintain accurate records of treatment data and patient appointment information in our systems Distribute and assist patients in completing daily and weekly psychiatric rating scales to track progress Build genuine rapport with patients, providing empathetic support throughout their treatment journey Present patient updates collaborate with physicians, therapists, care coordinators, and admin staff Identify and promptly escalate urgent or emergency situations to clinical staff
What We're Looking For Education:
College or trade school graduate, or equivalent experience
Skills & Attributes:
Genuine interest in supporting people facing mental health challenges, especially depression and anxiety Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Warm, outgoing personality (you enjoy being present with people, not just completing tasks) Self-motivated and reliable; you show up on time and ready to go Comfortable with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
Logistics:
Valid driver's license (required for occasional travel between clinic locations) Able to lift and maneuver up to 15 lbs with each arm Able to stand for extended periods during treatment sessions Schedule Shifts are scheduled Monday-Friday within an operating window of 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM. Most shifts are 8-9 hours. Some flexibility for occasional overtime or weekends may be needed.
