To provide quality of care for intellectually and developmentally disabled adults in our Treatment Programs. Our team is here to develop and maintain professional relationships by providing positive and structured interactions with clients.

Services to be provided:

• Positive behavioral interventions and support
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Transportation for community integration
• Functional skills training
• Life skills development
• Wellness training
• Social skills training
• Nutritional training
• Job Skill training
• Professional Development Daily Supports include:
• Modeling appropriate social & effective life skills
• Assisting with daily living needs
• Housekeeping and food preparation
• Planning activities and community integration

Charting Includes:

• Daily progress notes
• Behavior objectives charts
• Medication logs

Health Documentation Salary:
