Job Summary As a Rehab Tech (Therapy Support Specialist), you are a vital member of our clinical team. You will ensure our therapy environments are safe, organized, and "clinically ready" at all times. By managing session flow and maintaining our facility standards, you help our providers focus on what they do best: delivering high-quality care to children. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, supportive, and passionate about helping families have a positive experience in a pediatric setting. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Clinical Support:

Prepare therapy rooms before sessions (cleaning, setup, and organizing materials) and sanitize/reset equipment between sessions to meet infection control protocols.

Patient Experience & Flow:

Assist with client transitions to reduce wait times and help ensure families are oriented to the clinic space and session expectations.

Operational Readiness:

Report supply shortages and facility/safety concerns immediately, and assist with general clinic organization.

Professional Engagement:

Act as a welcoming presence, reinforce clinic values, and interact professionally with families, staff, and through our social media platforms as needed.

Direct Assistance:

Under direct supervision, support therapists during sessions (e.g., patient positioning or safe handling) and help keep therapy tools and toys organized.

What We're Looking For Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or a related field is preferred .

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience working with children (in childcare, education, healthcare, camp, or therapy settings). Experience with pediatric populations is a big plus!

Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities. A patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor. Familiarity with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and a basic understanding of HIPAA/patient privacy. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred . Why Join Us?
