We primarily serve individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and related neurological conditions. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented TMS Technician to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of neurodivergent individuals. The TMS Technician will perform patient evaluations and administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments under physician supervision while ensuring a safe, supportive, and calming clinical experience. No prior TMS experience is required. Comprehensive paid training will be provided. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and TMS treatment sessions under physician supervision. Prepare patients for treatment sessions and explain procedures in a calm, reassuring manner. Provide compassionate support to children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other neurological conditions. Build rapport with children while helping maintain a structured and sensory-friendly treatment environment. Monitor patients throughout treatment sessions and promptly communicate any concerns to the clinical team. Accurately document patient evaluations and treatment sessions in the electronic medical record (EMR). Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms and clinical equipment. Follow all clinic protocols, HIPAA regulations, infection control, and safety procedures. Assist providers with patient care and other clinical duties as assigned. Administrative Responsibilities Welcome patients and families with professionalism and compassion. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages. Complete patient intake and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Coordinate patient flow throughout the clinic. Process payments and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Patient & Family Support Develop positive relationships with children and their caregivers. Respond to parent and caregiver questions with empathy and professionalism. Provide general information regarding treatment procedures within the scope of the position. Help create a welcoming, supportive, and family-centered clinical experience. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm, patient, and compassionate when working with children. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Ability to work independently while following established clinical protocols. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biology, Health Sciences, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, or other special needs. Experience in behavioral health, pediatrics, neurology, psychology, ABA, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or another healthcare setting. Medical Assistant certification or other healthcare certification. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Experience with EMR systems and healthcare scheduling software.
