Position Overview SeedGrow ABA is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide direct clinical services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will help implement individualized treatment plans, support skill acquisition, and reduce challenging behaviors — making a real difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. Responsibilities Provide direct, hands-on ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention protocols under BCBA supervision Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data to track client progress Support skill acquisition using methods such as DTT, NET, and FCT as directed by the supervising BCBA Safely administer crisis management and de-escalation techniques when needed Communicate professionally with parents/caregivers and collaborate with the clinical team Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with insurance and regulatory standards Assist in training and mentoring RBTs as needed Qualifications Current, active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification - required Bachelor's degree or higher - required Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a background check Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and sit/stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to safely administer crisis management/de-escalation techniques when needed, including physical intervention as trained and certified

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
