Job Description

Purpose Support student mental health and behavior to promote a positive school environment. Reports to Building Principal General Responsibilities

Monitor student behavior trends
Facilitate staff training on mental health
Maintain confidential records per FERPA Essential Functions
Develop behavior intervention plans per

IDEA 2004

Collaborate with counselors and parents
Provide crisis intervention support Work Environment
School office and classrooms
Emotionally intense situations Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods
