Job Description

Direct Child Care Staff DCCH Center for Children and Families is seeking Therapeutic Behavioral Specialists for part-time positions in our Residential Treatment program. The primary responsibility of this position is the therapeutic supervision of children with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. The children at DCCH have experienced trauma, and it takes a special person to provide their care.

This position requires:

Supporting children in crisis Providing therapeutic solutions to address challenging behaviors Facilitating positive outcomes with children who sometimes have difficulty connecting with others Candidates must be compassionate and have strong relationship-building skills to support our trauma-informed approach. The position includes a full benefits package, tuition reimbursement, and an optional pension plan.

Schedule:

Part-time Weekends — Saturday 3-11 and Sunday 7-3
