PM Pay Rate:

$24/hour Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support to a kindergarten student diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assist with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development throughout the school day Work collaboratively with educators and support staff to help meet the student's individualized needs Promote a positive and supportive learning environment Qualifications Previous experience working as a Special Education School Aide , Behavior Technician , or in a clinical setting is required Experience supporting children with ASD or other special needs is highly preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a student's educational experience while working within a supportive school environment. The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.
