In Person The Sheppard Pratt School in Cumberland (https://www.sheppardpratt.org/care-finder/sheppard-pratt-school-cumberland/) is a nonpublic special education day school dedicated to providing year-round educational, vocational, and daily living services to students in grades K-12. You will work under the supervision of a licensed behavior analyst to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and provide support to students with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Specific responsibilities include:

Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized intervention plans (BIPs) . Collecting and accurately recording data on client behavior during intervention sessions. Assisting in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing assessments to monitor progress. Providing training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies. Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge . What we need from you. One of the following combinations of education and experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of related experience. Associate degree and 2 years of related experience. High school degree or GED and 4 years of related experience. Must meet Sheppard Pratt's requirements to operate a company vehicle: Be 18 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience. Have a valid driver's license. Driving record with 2 points or less for the most 3 recent years of driving history. What you'll get from us.
