Calo Programs is hiring Behavior Health Associates, also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, or Behavioral Health Technicians, to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges. This is a year-round opportunity (not seasonal) to grow your career while doing meaningful, purpose-driven work in a nationally recognized residential treatment program. • High School Diploma or GED
• Age 21+
• Ability to pass background checks and physical
• Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required) EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply! Benefits
