Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. Your primary focus will be assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), implementing behavioral therapy protocols, and collecting valuable data to track progress. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility to promote independence and well-being Implement individualized behavior management plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles for children with autism spectrum disorders Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support the delivery of direct behavioral therapy under supervision, ensuring adherence to established protocols and ethical standards Facilitate communication with clients' families and caregivers regarding progress, care plans, and behavior management strategies Maintain detailed medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans tailored to each client's needs Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders or disabilities Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and experience implementing ABA therapy protocols Familiarity with assisting clients with ADLs and providing behavioral health support in home or school settings Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management Ability to collect, analyze, and report behavioral data accurately for ongoing assessment Prior experience working within special education or school environments is highly desirable Commitment to professional ethics and compliance with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts This case is 3- 5 in the evenings Join us if you're passionate about empowering individuals through compassionate care, behavioral health expertise, and dedicated support.
