Ideal Candidates Will:
Be passionate about school-based work and youth mental health Hold a North Carolina associate or full license Be comfortable working independently and ethically with team support Have reliable transportation for in-person sessions (as applicable) Have strong clinical communication skills, including documentation and collaboration Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills with youth, families, and teams Have experience or a strong interest in working with families as part of treatment Responsibilities Provide ethical individual therapy sessions to children and families, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and educators, to support clients' needs.
