Part-Time Recovery Support Staff•
Sober Living Home Location:
Williamstown, NJ (Gloucester County) We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated team member to join our sober living staff. This is a hands-on role supporting men in early recovery by helping maintain a structured, safe, and positive living environment. We're looking for someone who understands addiction and recovery, enjoys working with people, and is open to learning and growing alongside our team. Experience in recovery, behavioral health, mental health, or a related field is preferred.

PM Sunday:
3:00 PM•11:00 PM Additional opportunities are available for:
Saturday:
7:00 AM•3:00 PM Thursday overnight: 11:00 PM•Friday 6:00 AM Coverage for an upcoming maternity leave in the coming months, with the potential for additional hours.
What You'll Do:
Provide support and supervision to residents in recovery. Help maintain structure, accountability, and a positive living environment. Transport residents to meetings and activities when needed. Complete documentation and communicate with the team. Assist with medication observation, house routines, and daily operations. Build positive relationships while maintaining healthy professional boundaries.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has knowledge of addiction and recovery. Is dependable, mature, and a strong communicator. ​Demonstrates professionalism and appropriate workplace boundaries with residents, coworkers, and visitors. Is open to learning and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Works well independently and as part of a team. Can remain calm, professional, and consistent in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a valid driver's license or be actively working towards license reinstatement. Reliable transportation to and from work is required. Applicants must be able to meet our driving requirements to transport residents when needed.
