Founded in January 1999, we are dedicated to helping people stay active and healthy. We pride ourselves on being a highly driven, fast-paced, and family-oriented workplace. Our office is located at 116 W. Lima Street, Findlay, OH . Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our growing team as a Front Desk / Floor Assistant . This role is perfect for recent graduates , and individuals new to entering the workforce, or anyone looking to start a career in a healthcare setting we will help you learn to be a professional. No prior medical or chiropractic experience is required — we provide full training. Why This Role Is Great for Recent Grads Gain hands-on experience in a professional healthcare environment Learn valuable patient care, communication, and multitasking skills Work directly with doctors and experienced staff Build a strong foundation for future healthcare or customer-service careers Enjoy a supportive, team-focused atmosphere Why You'll Love This Role Work only 2-3 days per week Fast-paced, hands-on environment Constant interaction with patients Positive, encouraging workplace Fun and engaging learning experience Duties & Responsibilities Greet patients and escort them to adjustment rooms Assist with patient intake and medical history Take basic vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, pulse — training provided) Assist patients with therapy equipment such as stim machines and heat therapy Communicate with doctors and floor team members throughout the day Clean and reset adjustment rooms after patient visits Stay active and moving throughout the office Multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting Skills & Qualifications
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Ideal for recent graduates or entry-level applicants Willingness to learn and be trained Caring attitude and strong work ethic Positive mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to be on your feet throughout the day Compensation & Benefits Training wage starts at $14.00/hour Merit-based pay raises Simple IRA with employer matching Paid time off (full-time employees only) Please note: This position does not include health insurance. This role is ideal for someone who already has coverage or plans to obtain their own.
