Mental Health Therapist (QMHP, Associate, Licensed, or Rendering Provider) Full-Time |
Oregon City, OR Salary:
$73,000-$83,000 per year (based on licensure and experience) Monday-Friday Schedule | No Weekends or On-Call Responsibilities Join the Spark Wellness Team At Spark Wellness, we believe that exceptional client care begins with supporting our team. We are looking for compassionate, motivated Mental Health Therapists who are passionate about helping adults navigate mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment. Whether you're a newly qualified QMHP, an associate working toward independent licensure, or a fully licensed clinician, you'll receive the support, resources, and teamwork needed to build a rewarding career.
We are hiring for:
QMHP-Level:
Master's degree in a behavioral health field and QMHP eligible
Associate-Level:
CSWA, PCA, or MFTA Licensed-Level:
LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Rendering Provider-Level:
Fully licensed and credentialed to bill independently What You'll Do Provide individual, group, and family therapy within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 13-15 clients. Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary treatment team. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress. Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive, client-centered care. Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and team meetings. Help foster a positive, supportive therapeutic environment for clients and coworkers.
