20-25/hr A Role That Makes a Difference in the Classroom At Care Options for Kids, our school-based Certified Assistants play a critical role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is designed for individuals who value structure, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a daily impact in a school setting. If you're looking for a meaningful role where your support helps students navigate challenges and achieve success in the classroom, this position was designed with you in mind. Duties may include but are not limited to: Providing direct support to students with special needs; Collaborating with special education teachers and other staff; Assisting in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans; supporting the scheduling and facilitation of IEP meetings; Monitoring and documenting student progress Assist in the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized education programs to ensure appropriate education for students. Support the use of resources and technology to promote critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. Personalize support based on student needs and manages time to maximize learning opportunities. Care Options for

Knowledge of special education practices and willingness to learn and apply new strategies. Proficient in the use of multi-media and computer technology to support learning.
