No prior experience in behavioral health? No problem—we provide paid training and ongoing support . This is a great fit if you've worked as a: Caregiver DSP CNA Youth worker Or are looking to start a career in mental health
Responsibilities:
Support teens in daily routines and life skills Build positive, supportive relationships Help de-escalate stressful situations (training provided) Lead activities like fitness, music, or art Work as part of a team to support client progress.
Qualifications:
21+ years old High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Able to pass background check
