Your primary focus will be to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents in a supportive home environment. This position is ideal for compassionate, dedicated professionals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others—especially on weekends, when your presence is essential. Key Responsibilities Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of individuals residing in the home at all times. Implement and monitor Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals daily. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of each individual. Demonstrate knowledge of intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses. Apply crisis intervention techniques and foster therapeutic relationships. Remain in compliance with PA Code Chapter 6100 and Chapter 6400 regulations, as well as King Family Enterprise policies and procedures. Advocate for the rights and dignity of individuals served, honoring their personal choices and privacy. Serve as a primary advocate, ensuring individuals' voices are heard and respected. Accurately document daily activities, incidents, and progress toward goals. Required Qualifications Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or behavioral challenges. Ability to work weekends as scheduled. Current TB/Physical documentation. Ability to commute reliably to Philadelphia, PA 19128. Commitment to upholding the values and mission of King Family Enterprise LLC. Preferred Skills Strong understanding of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques. Familiarity with therapeutic relationship-building processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic care environment. Previous experience in a residential or community-based support setting.
