What We Offer Clinical supervision toward independent licensure at no additional cost while maintaining a practice caseload Practice-provided client referrals $35-$45 per completed clinical service , depending on credentials, experience, additional licensure, and qualifications Flexible scheduling with clinicians establishing their own schedules Practice-paid TherapyNotes EHR and Upheal documentation-support tools Administrative and billing support Private office space Hybrid in-person/telehealth opportunities Practice-paid required background, registry, and exclusion screenings at hire and annually Opportunity for continued employment and increased compensation after obtaining independent licensure What We're Looking For Applicants should hold or be obtaining an appropriate South Carolina associate-level mental health license and be pursuing independent clinical licensure. Applicants may include LPC Associates and other appropriately licensed associate-level mental health professionals whose licensure pathway can be supported through the practice. We are looking for clinicians who are committed to quality client care, active participation in supervision, timely and accurate clinical documentation, and professional accountability. We prefer clinicians interested in maintaining an average of at least 20 completed client sessions per week . Larger caseloads are welcome. Our practice serves children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Clinicians with specialty populations are welcome, and those comfortable working with a broad range of clients are especially encouraged to apply. In-person availability in our Conway, SC office is strongly preferred , with hybrid opportunities available. This is a W-2 employee position . Clinicians must maintain appropriate professional liability/malpractice insurance. Required practice background and compliance screenings are coordinated and paid for by Caren Stewart & Associates.
