Serene Butterfly Counseling We are currently seeking a part-time (up to 25 hours), contracted therapist to provide individual therapy to adults, couples, and or children. This position will be hybrid (virtual and in person out of Grapevine or Flower Mound). About Us Serene Butterfly Counseling is a growing group practice that provides modern, brain-based therapies to adults, children, and families. We offer perinatal therapy, EMDR, IFS, DBT, CBT, Gottman Couples Therapy, and neurodiversity affirming therapy for adults. We treat trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, pre and postpartum challenges, OCD, and ADHD. Our Core Values Building deep connections Modern and effective treatments Compassion for self and others Shifts Hours are Monday through Friday with a minimum of 15 clients a week, & must work 1 evening (at least until 8pm), and 1 shift in person (5 hours) on the weekend. Qualifications A Masters degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or related field. Licensure in Texas (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) or associate that is currently under supervision. Trauma therapy experience. EMDR, RRT, IFS or another brain based training is highly preferred. Otherwise willing to get trained within 6 months of hire. Must have Malpractice insurance coverage. Pay:

60/40 split for fully licensed therapists, 50/50 split per session for associates (1099/contractor position). 55/45 Split for associates with EMDR training by an EMDRIA approved trainer.
