We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and patient individuals to join our team as Residential Staff. Staff will work directly with clients who may have behavioral challenges and complex support needs. The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm and professional, follow behavior support plans, and provide consistent, respectful care. Responsibilities Provide supervision, guidance, and daily support to clients in a residential setting. Work with clients who may display challenging or aggressive behaviors. Follow individualized behavior support plans and safety procedures. Use positive, respectful, and approved strategies to support clients during behavioral episodes. Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment. Assist clients with daily living activities, meals, personal care, and household routines. Monitor and document behaviors, incidents, progress, and daily activities accurately. Recognize behavioral triggers and communicate concerns to supervisors and the care team. Assist clients with appointments, activities, and community outings. Respond appropriately and safely during behavioral or emergency situations. Encourage independence, appropriate communication, social skills, and positive behaviors. Maintain confidentiality and treat every client with dignity and respect. Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, families, and other professionals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or other complex support needs is preferred. Must be patient, dependable, compassionate, and emotionally mature. Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to complete required training, including behavior management and safety training. Must successfully complete required background checks and other employment requirements. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.
