At our clinic, play isn't the reward. Play is the intervention. What You'll Do As our BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll help oversee high-quality clinical services while working alongside an amazing team of children, families, RBTs, and BCBAs.
Responsibilities include:
Provide BCaBA-level supervision under the direction of a BCBA Conduct assessments and assist in treatment planning Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Deliver individualized, assent-based ABA therapy Collaborate closely with families and caregivers Analyze data and make treatment recommendations Help create engaging, meaningful learning opportunities throughout the sensory gym Promote a culture of compassion, creativity, and clinical excellence Help us continue building one of Houston's most innovative ABA programs Who You Are You're someone who: Is a certified Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Holds (or is eligible for) state licensure where required Believes therapy should be relationship-driven Values assent and child autonomy Loves movement, creativity, and thinking outside the box Enjoys mentoring RBTs and collaborating with families Wants to grow with a small, passionate team Isn't afraid to climb into a foam pit, race through an obstacle course, or celebrate every little victory What We Offer Hybrid schedule with flexibility Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership that truly values clinician well-being Small caseloads with meaningful supervision Opportunities for career advancement A fun, collaborative work environment where every day looks a little different The chance to help shape the future of play-based ABA Why Join Us?
