Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a hybrid role based in Sugar Land! This exciting position offers the opportunity to work directly with children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, in both home and clinic settings. As an RBT-Hybrid, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collect vital behavioral data to support personalized care plans. Duties Implement individualized ABA therapy plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and skill development in a supportive environment Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care delivery and progress updates Maintain detailed medical documentation, including medical records, care plans, and progress notes, while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality Support school-based or home-based interventions by collaborating with educators and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic goals Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management, and implementing ABA therapy protocols Familiarity with assisting clients with ADLs and supporting behavior health initiatives Ability to collect behavioral data accurately and maintain detailed medical documentation Prior experience working in special education settings or home-based behavioral programs is highly desirable Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Strong communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential through compassionate care and evidence-based practices Join us in transforming lives through dedicated behavioral health support! Pay:
$19.00 - $26.00 per hour
