Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate and supportive ABA team as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals diagnosed with autism. We are a very child oriented, dynamic team in the center of Eastside Seattle. Clinic based only. In this energetic position, you will support the implementation of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, conduct behavioral assessments, and collaborate closely with families and clinical staff to promote meaningful progress. Duties Licensed behavior analysts in conducting comprehensive behavioral developmental assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols designed to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress during therapy sessions to ensure effective treatment planning Support patient care by participating in intake processes, patient assessments, and behavioral interventions under supervision Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Communicate regularly with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates, guidance, and behavioral strategies for generalization outside therapy sessions Collaborate with clinical teams during supervision sessions to refine intervention techniques and ensure quality service delivery Skills Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder Proficiency in data collection methods, medical documentation, and maintaining detailed medical records Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health and patient assessment processes Ability to implement behavioral interventions effectively while adhering to treatment plans Excellent client communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and confidentiality practices within healthcare settings Join us in transforming lives through compassionate care, innovative therapies, and dedicated teamwork. $28.00 - $42.00 per hour
