We are seeking a detail‑oriented, outgoing, and highly organized Office Assistant to support our NICU, Peds/PICU, and RT units. In this essential role, you'll help provide key administrative support as well as assisting with patient focused work. What's Available:
.8 FTE (32 hours weekly),
Part-time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime hours, between 7am-5pm

LOVE + MEDICINE
by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families Partner with providers, clinical staff, and leaders to support patient care and team success Help with calendar management, meeting prep, and taking meeting minutes! A variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations What you need: High School Diploma or equivalent No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred Emplify Health is comprised of two of the Midwest's most respected healthcare systems, Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System.
