What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities Implement individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBAs Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collect session data and complete clinical documentation Collaborate with families and your clinical team to celebrate each child's progress Who We're Looking For This role is a great fit for someone who is: Looking to build meaningful experience in behavioral health, child development, education, psychology, or a related helping profession Dependable, professional, and committed to providing consistent care for the children and families we serve Patient, energetic, creative, and comfortable being active throughout sessions Open to coaching, eager to learn, and excited to continue growing professionally Able to commit to a consistent weekday afternoon schedule Priority consideration is given to applicants who: Are available Monday through Friday afternoons Can consistently work 20-30 hours per week Are seeking a long-term, year-round position Have flexibility to support clients across home, school, and community settings While we welcome applicants from many backgrounds, this position is best suited for individuals looking to grow with our organization and make a lasting impact. Behavior Technician → Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) → Lead RBT → Leadership Opportunities As you grow professionally, your responsibilities, opportunities, and earning potential grow with you.
