Client Care & Support:
Deliver respectful, confidential, and high-quality services to clients in accordance with state and federal guidelines and MCCA policies.
Facility Safety & Monitoring:
Conduct hourly safety checks of the building and grounds. Monitor facility systems (e.g., heating, refrigeration) and document operational status.
Administrative Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records related to facility operations.
Team Collaboration:
Ensure consistent shift coverage, which may occasionally require mandatory overtime.
Other Duties:
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. What We're Looking For…
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or healthcare preferred.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer proficiency required. Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems is a plus.
