Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Observe and document client behaviors, noting any changes or concerns to inform treatment plans Support therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed professionals Engage clients in structured activities designed to promote social skills, emotional regulation, and independence Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages positive interactions and safety Respond promptly to client needs or emergencies, following established protocols Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care strategies that meet each client's unique needs Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse populations Excellent communication skills to effectively document observations and relay information Ability to remain calm, patient, and proactive in high-pressure situations Basic understanding of mental health concepts and therapeutic techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
