Duties:

As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing in-home and community services to individuals dealing with various challenges and diagnoses (autism, adhd, down syndrome, etc).

Your duties will include:

Implementing activities to work on goals on the client(s)' individualized treatment plan.
Provide guidance and redirection to client(s) when necessary.
Documenting client(s) progress on weekly paperwork.
Collaborating with the Program Manager.
Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one behavioral health support in the comfort of their own environment.
Attend weekly supervision meetings with your Program Manager at our Auburn, ME office.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Possess a High School Diploma
Be willing to complete module 1 of the Behavioral Health Professional certification program within 1 month of hire. The remainder of the certification will need to be completed within 1 year from date of hire.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and treatment team.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Be able to pass a background check both criminal and driving.
Demonstrate reliability and accountability while supporting the health, well-being, and success of the children and families we serve.
