Immediate Help Us Build Something Amazing — From the Ground Up! Tiny Triumphs Speech & AAC is hiring 2 Educational Technicians immediately to join our growing pediatric team! These are brand-new positions , which means you'll help shape our Ed Tech program from day one — your ideas, your voice, and your heart will directly influence how we support kids across Maine. Plus, enjoy a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus — $500 after your introductory period and $500 at 6 months of employment! About the Role As an Ed Tech at Tiny Triumphs, you'll work side-by-side with our Speech-Language Pathologists, AAC specialists, and Occupational Therapists to support students during therapy sessions, in classrooms, and out in the community. You'll be a warm, encouraging presence helping kids stay engaged, practice their goals, and feel proud of every triumph — no matter how tiny.

What You'll Do:

Support students 1:1 and in small groups during speech, AAC, and OT sessions Help model AAC devices and communication strategies (we'll train you!) Assist with fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation activities Prep fun, engaging therapy materials Reinforce goals throughout the school day Take simple data to help therapists track progress Help with transitions, behavior support, and keeping sessions playful and joyful Help build and shape our brand-new Ed Tech program What We're Looking For Ed Tech I

• High School Diploma or equivalent Ed Tech II
• 60 college credits minimum Ed Tech III
• 90 college credits minimum Experience with kids (schools, camps, childcare, coaching, babysitting all count!

) Patience, warmth, and a great sense of humor Comfort with tech (iPads, AAC apps) — or willingness to learn Reliable transportation Open to working with kids who communicate in lots of different ways Background check clearance (we'll walk you through it) Experience in Special Education, Early Childhood, or a related field is a plus — but not required.
