- Part Time 24 hrs./week
- Night Shift Eligible for
Part-Time Benefits Shift:
Nights 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Rotating Weekends.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides direct behavioral health patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assists patients with performing activities of daily living. Provides or assists with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions. Observes and records patient behavior and activities. Reports any changes in condition and suggests modifications to the treatment plan. Establishes a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
CERTIFICATION/LICENCES PREFERRED
Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention preferred. Nurse Aide credentialed from the Michigan Nurse Aide Registry preferred.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health preferred Minimum Associate's degree preferred Excellent communication skills, teamwork mindset, fast-paced environment
