We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and social work. The Technician is a hybrid role which includes admissions, case management and operations. This role will be flexible and part-time, with variable hours including evening shifts until 9pm.
Job Duties:
Ensuring adherence to the required HIPAA and documentation requirements as identified by county, state, insurance, The Joint Commission and federal regulatory agencies. Responsible for admitting client's into Sunwave system. Responsible for urine/oral lab collection process. Facilitate groups and completes group notes in Sunwave. Receives all clients pre-admission documentation and loads to appropriate places as directed by Operations Manager. Maintains accurate, real-time record of all incoming communication and refer in/out data Maintains accurate, real-time record of each potential clients position within the admissions process and current needs Will be in constant communication with Clinical, Executive, Operations, and BD team members to ensure the best experience for the incoming client, current clients, and CSR team. Follows direction and leads from leadership and/or Operations Manager. Responsible for transportation when client needs emerge. Responsible to schedule ride shares through Operations Manager. Responsible to complete case management needs for clients and document in Sunwave. Help with events in coordination with Leadership and Operations Manager. Supports Alumni programming. Follow all Policies and Procedures defined by Clear Steps Recovery This role is considered a catch all role and can change operationally, depending on the need of the program. Experience A background in behavioral health or social work is preferred. Experience with file management and maintaining confidential records. Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques is advantageous. Certification in relevant fields related to behavioral health or social work is desirable. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 20.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
