The Behavioral Health Technician must: Provide supervision of residents in housing environment, assuring resident compliance with facility rules and procedures Provide supervision of residents when off grounds Supervise visitations of residents and significant others Supervise, monitor, document resident self-medication Assist residents with development of daily living skills Document facility and resident activity in compliance with agency policy Interact with residents in a professional manner Demonstrate cultural competency with consumer population Provide security for residents and facility Perform light housekeeping and safety tasks Work collaboratively with other staff Provide/schedule transportation for residents and activities Health & Safety Officer Housing and Grocery inventory Monitor Drug Screening Secondary functions are duties, skills and attitudes that are not exclusive to this position and may be performed by other positions. Secondary functions are performed for the overall operation of sober housing and the agency.

The Behavioral Health Technician must:
