Duties Observe and monitor psychiatric patients closely, ensuring safety and well-being through continuous patient observation and behavior assessment Assist with de-escalation techniques and crisis prevention strategies to manage agitation or aggressive behaviors effectively Implement behavior management plans and behavioral interventions tailored to individual patient needs Use physical restraint techniques when necessary to prevent harm, following established safety protocols and training Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient interactions, observations, and interventions thoroughly Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate client progress, and support treatment goals Qualifications Prior experience in acute care settings or behavioral health hospitals is highly preferred Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions Knowledge of psychiatric care practices, crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and physical restraint methods Familiarity with medical terminology, patient monitoring procedures, and medication administration processes Strong skills in patient observation, behavior management, and client communication Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to transforming lives through compassionate psychiatric care. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
