Job Description

Behavioral Health Technician - ABA (BHT-ABA) Frackville, PA 2 DAYS AGO 22810556 Summary Frackville, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 0 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 10.00 hours per week / Evening Shift / Part-Time Description Krafted Care ABA is looking for a part-time BHT-ABA to work directly in the home and community settings in McAdoo for 10 hours per week in the early evenings. Krafted Care was founded on a straightforward belief: ABA therapy should be ethical, warm, and genuinely respectful — of the child in front of you, the family behind them, and the clinician delivering it. That belief is not a tagline. It is the reason this practice exists. No forcing kids into a program that doesn't fit them. We build treatment around each child's actual strengths and interests, and we expect the same intentionality from our staff. What you'll do: Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions directly with kids, following individualized treatment plans Collect data and document sessions same-day Work closely with your supervising BCBA — you're never doing this alone
Requirements:
Completed RBT Training Current PA clearances (Act 33/34, FBI fingerprinting) Current CPR/First Aid certification Reliable transportation for community/home-based sessions Someone who genuinely wants to develop a relationship with a child and their family before beginning a program
Schedule:
Part-time, evening hours, 10-15 hours/week to start What you get: Paid training — all required training is on us, on paid time Mileage reimbursement between client sessions Paid supervision time with your BCBA Paid birthday off, from day one Accrued PTO (pro-rated), starting at 90 days If you're tired of compliance-driven ABA and want to work somewhere that actually means "child-led," we'd like to hear from you.
