If you are passionate about helping individuals experiencing behavioral health crises and can remain professional, responsive, and supportive in high-pressure situations, we want to hear from you!
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Counselors / Qualified Mental Health Professionals
WHAT YOU'LL DO MCR
team members provide community-based crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
Responsibilities may include:
Responding to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis Providing crisis intervention and de-escalation Supporting safety and stabilization in the community Completing required documentation accurately and timely Coordinating with clinicians, community providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and other resources as appropriate Working collaboratively with other members of the Mobile Crisis Response team Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with agency requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Qualified behavioral health professionals ✔ Strong crisis-intervention and communication skills ✔ Dependable and able to work as part of a team ✔ Ability to complete documentation within required timeframes ✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ✔ Ability to meet TAP onboarding, training, background, and credentialing requirements ✔ Previous crisis, behavioral health, or community-based services experience preferred
