What We're Looking For:
We're seeking passionate RBTs who: Have a strong work ethic and show up ready to make a difference Communicate clearly and professionally with families and teammates Bring a fun, outgoing, and kid-loving personality to the floor Are team players who thrive in a positive, respectful environment Are reliable, flexible, and eager to grow their clinical skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision Collect accurate data and implement individualized treatment plans Participate in training, team meetings, and collaboration with clinical staff Maintain professionalism and follow ethical, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
Requirements:
Current RBT certification (preferred but willing to train) High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred Must pass background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification
