Minimum Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or GEDBackground Check:

Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks

Valid Drivers License:

Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 23 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs

Key Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staffAbility to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google SuiteKnowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator), youll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Providing Direct Support Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environmentTransportation & Safety Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointmentsBehavioral Observation Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teamsMedication Support Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administrationEnvironment Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilitiesFacilitating Group Activities Lead and document recovery-focused group sessionsEmergency Response Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as neededWhy Join AMFM Healthcare?
