Job Description

Music Therapy Pathways-Creative Arts Therapy, PLLC is currently seeking a part-time Board-Certified Music Therapist. This position is based in one school district with children with developmental disabilities in grades K-12. The location of the school is in Elma and Wales NY. Mileage is reimbursed. The Music Therapist is responsible for developing and implementing a music therapy program designed to meet the needs of each individual student, maintaining all necessary and appropriate records, communicating with teachers and parents and adhering to existing goals and objectives in each student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Qualifications:

Board-Certified Music Therapist Skilled musician, strong in voice and guitar Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must be highly dependable and reliable with strong work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Newly certified applicants welcome

Pay:

$40.00 - $47.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
