Job Description

Category Imaging - Nuclear Medicine Job Type Contract Advance your career as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a dynamic healthcare environment focused on patient-centered diagnostics. This contract position offers you the chance to contribute your expertise in nuclear medicine while collaborating with a dedicated imaging team. The assignment begins as soon as possible and spans 13 weeks, with opportunities to demonstrate your technical skills and patient care abilities.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Some procedures may extend to 4:30 pm
EST Desired Qualifications:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in nuclear medicine technology Valid and current BLS certification Proficiency with a full range of nuclear medicine imaging modalities Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare staff
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures with accuracy and attention to safety protocols Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in adherence to regulatory and infection control standards Monitor patient conditions throughout imaging processes, providing reassurance and clear instructions Accurately document all procedures, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot as needed Communicate imaging findings effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals This role provides a supportive atmosphere where your contributions will have a direct impact on patient outcomes.
