Key Responsibilities:
Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety standards and physician directives. Collaborate with physicians and other care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients about procedures to alleviate concerns and ensure comfort. Maintain accurate records, including patient histories and procedure documentation. Adhere to all safety protocols with radiation handling and infection control.
Qualifications:
ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required. Current state licensure or eligibility. At least one year of experience in nuclear medicine imaging preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
