Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) HealthYes Staffing Network Santa Maria, CA Job Details Full-time $250,000 - $325,000 a year 19 hours ago Qualifications PALS Certification BLS Certification ACLS Certification Cross-functional communication Full Job Description HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established anesthesia organization on California's Central Coast near Santa Maria. This position offers strong compensation, significant clinical independence, and a no-call schedule within a collaborative anesthesia environment. The location provides convenient access to San Luis Obispo County, coastal communities, vineyards, beaches, and outdoor recreation. Position Highlights Permanent, full-time CRNA position Annual salary range of $300,000-$325,000 No call responsibilities Independent and collaborative practice environment Predictable clinical schedule Diverse surgical and procedural case exposure Strong work-life balance California Central Coast location Experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply Responsibilities Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations Review medical histories and diagnostic information Develop individualized anesthesia plans Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care Manage airway and perioperative patient needs Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases Respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition Support postoperative recovery and pain management Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, physicians, and procedural teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow applicable clinical quality and patient-safety standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program Current NBCRNA certification Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility Current BLS and ACLS certifications PALS certification when required Strong independent-practice and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Previous anesthesia experience preferred Compensation and Benefits Annual salary: $300,000-$325,000 Final compensation based on experience and qualifications Competitive benefits package Additional employment terms provided during the interview process Apply confidentially through HealthYes Staffing Network.
