Position Highlights Join a well-established independent community hospital Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings Work collaboratively with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and perioperative teams Strong clinical support from experienced RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants Practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment Opportunity for professional growth and continued clinical development Work within an employed model at a highly respected community hospital Clinical Responsibilities Provide safe, comprehensive anesthesia care, including: Conduct pre-anesthesia patient assessments Develop individualized anesthesia plans Administer and manage anesthesia during procedures Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery Respond to changes in patient condition during procedures Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and perioperative staff Support patient safety and quality-improvement initiatives Preferred Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Qualifying nursing degree Previous critical-care RN experience Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program Doctoral-level DNP or DNAP preparation for new graduates NBCRNA certification Eligible for state
APRN/CRNA
licensure BLS, ACLS, and often PALS certification DEA registration/prescriptive authority where applicable
