$99.75 - $159.60 Advocate Health is seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology Team at Advocate Condell Medical Center, located in the vibrant community of Libertyville, Illinois. This position offers a balanced work-life schedule, a supportive team environment, and the chance to practice in a nationally recognized hospital.
Position Highlights:
Schedule:
Monday through Friday with flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
Work-Life Balance:
Low call frequency - 2 home calls/ month

Operate within a CRNA-led team utilizing a collaborative care model.
Clinical Scope:
Provide anesthesia services for adult patients in both elective and emergency surgical settings.

License/Registration/Certification Required:
Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA). Active DEA registration prior to hire If Illinois practice: active Illinois Controlled Substance License prior to hire Active
ACLS, PALS, NRP

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Demonstrated high level of clinical proficiency, and excellent decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team. Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technology and proficiency with the electronic medical record. Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with and establish/build relationships with others. Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Must have functional vision and hearing.
Must be able to:
Lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist. Lift up to 20 lbs. over the head. Carry up to 40 lbs. a reasonable distance. Push/pull with 30 lbs. of force. Perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with a second person present. Will be required to use foot pedals on carts or machines. Will be exposed to the following hazards on a continuous basis: mechanical, electrical, chemical, radiation, blood and body fluids. Will be required to wear gloves, goggles and gowns on an as-needed basis. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently during work shift. Performs various patient positioning and transporting duties, which require lifting and pushing/pulling, while utilizing proper technique. Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
