Job Description

Locum CRNA needed near Gladwin, MI starting as soon as credentialed. Provider will need to be comfortable floating between 3 locations as needed.

Schedule:

M-F, 8 hour shifts; 0630-1500 hrs

Call:

1:3/1-2 holidays per year. No OB call. 1-hour response time.

Weeknight call:

until 11pm Weekend call: 7a - 11p Inpatient 10-20% / Outpatient 80-90% Independent model Scopes/bread&butter/laparoscopic abdominal procedures, Opthalmology (cataracts); Podiatry (4 days per month); Orthopedics (1/2 day per month-totals w/blocks); Vascular (occasionally, 1 day per month); Cardiology (TEEs/Cardioversions), Surgical procedures (General Anesthetics, MAC, Regional skills, Blocks optional-will teach if need to refresh); ward & Emergency Department needs (i.e. IV access, Airway access, Provider expertise support)

EMR:

Epic Certification Requirements:

ACLS, PALS, BLS, & Active MI License $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
