Annual base compensation $301,600 Commencement Bonus $30,000 for 2-year commitment 6 weeks paid time off | 46 weeks of service CME

Multi-Specialty Outpatient Surgery Center 4 ORs, 2-3 Endo Rooms Same Day Surgery Case mix: GI/Endo

• 4,800 cases annually, Surgical
• 4,600 cases annually including General, Ortho, Uro, Plastics, etc.
