Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 62-day assignment in Nebraska, starting Aug 15, 2026. This role offers a flexible schedule with weekday shifts from 6:30a-2:30p or weekend call rotations. You will manage a diverse range of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and vascular, performing procedures such as spinal, epidural, and peripheral nerve blocks. Responsibilities and Duties Provide anesthesia services during weekday shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:30a-2:30p. Participate in weekend call rotations, Friday through Monday, 3p-7a, alternating between first and second call. Manage a wide variety of cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Vascular, ENT, GI/Endoscopy, Urology, Plastics, Podiatry, Emergency, and limited Pediatric cases. Perform procedures such as General anesthesia, Local anesthesia, and Regional anesthesia. Execute Regional anesthesia techniques including Spinal, Epidural, and Peripheral Nerve Blocks (upper and lower extremity). Conduct Peripheral IV and Arterial Line Placements.
